The two friends had shared countless experiences, supported each other through thick and thin, and had become more like brothers than friends. As Caleb left Gabriel's house, he felt grateful for their enduring friendship. He had always valued Gabriel's opinion and advice, and their conversations often left him feeling more grounded and focused. After parting ways with Gabriel, Caleb returned home, feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. He took a relaxing bath, letting the warm water wash away the stresses of the day. Once he was done, he decided to check on Piper, who had been on his mind throughout the day.
