Chapter 1 Heartless monster..
Ramos watched his mother and Father's casket being buried to the ground... only then did his will to live return.
He was suddenly bitter and fierce to live.
When his parents had died a day ago he had thought his world had ended and was even planning suicide but now all he wanted was revenge.
No one needed to tell him that it was the Witches hand work. In less than three months he had lost his sister and parents to those ungrateful wenches.
Now,he was going to show them his wrath starting from the day he was finally crowned King.
Lost in his thoughts he didn't realize one of the Elders of his father's cabinet had walked forward and stood besides him.
"Forgive me my prince because I know you're grieving and this is not the right time to say this" The man says.
"Go ahead and say whatever you want to then when you're done leave my presence" Ramos Scoffs.
"My prince I think you should ascend the throne as soon as possible, that way we could find the late King and Queen's murders and punish them"
"I must say that's the best thing/idea you have said since I've known you although you're wrong somewhere" Ramos says.
The Elder looked at him confusedly.
He began to even regret bringing up the matter already, even when the other cabinet members had told him to give the prince space he was adamant and now it looked like his over zealousness was going to get him into trouble.

Chapter 1 Sisterhood Betrayed
As the nanny served the last dish, Attlee placed a slice of steak onto Arabella’s plate.
“This might be the last time we have dinner together… Can’t believe your biological parents are taking you back so soon…”
His voice was full of regret. He thought of his illness three months ago. He needed a blood transfusion urgently, and Arabella discovered, while giving him blood, that they weren’t related by blood.
The news shocked the entire family.
After recovering, Attlee managed to find his actual daughter-Yolanda Murphy, after much effort.
And Arabella… This child with no blood relation to him….
The Murphys posted information online about Arabella’s search for her birth parents. Yesterday, someone called saying they were Arabella’s real mother, and they were going to take her away today.
“The nanny made all your favorite dishes today…” Attlee said, feeling a knot in his stomach. “Eat up, you’re going to your biological parents’ place today, who knows what the situation will be like…”

Chapter 1 Severe Heartbreak
"Edmund, you have been married to Chelsea for three years. It's high time you had a child. I want to meet my great-grandchildren before death comes for me."
An old man's earnest voice came from the study through the slightly opened door.
A young man replied coldly, "Why should I have a baby with a woman I don't love?"
Chelsea Williams was about to knock on the door to inform them that dinner was ready. But when she heard their conversation, she froze. Her face turned pale in a split second.
The young man's voice sounded again. This time it was firmer and dismissive. "Grandpa, just so we are on the same page, you'll not be getting any great-grandchildren from me as long as I'm married to Chelsea. I don't want her to be the mother of my children. So, don't pester me about this issue again!"
"You brat!" the old man shouted angrily. The next second, the sound of a cup being shattered on the floor was heard. This was followed by the sound of approaching footsteps.
Chelsea hurriedly went into the bathroom next door to hide. In the process, the sharp edge of the wash-hand basin scratched her waist.
An intense pain shot from her waist to her heart. It then swept through her entire body. She trembled and bit her lower lip hard. Tears of agony soon welled up in her eyes.

Chapter 1 Fallen Into A Trap
Down the local streets of Eldrida, a run-down and shabby diner with peeling paint and a faded neon sign that flickers intermittently had just placed the closed sign on their door.
The air inside was thick with the scent of grease and stale coffee, the only sounds were the hum of the fluorescent lights and the distant clatter of dishes in the kitchen.
The booths were upholstered in faded red vinyl, the tabletops scratched and scuffed from years of use. The floors were linoleum, worn down to the concrete in places, and the walls were covered in peeling floral wallpaper.
Lily scooted away as the cup in her hand fell and hit the floor.
"Lily goddamn it you clumsy thing!" Her manager shouted from behind the counter. "Do you know how much it costs to get a cup?"
"I-I am sorry lady Bridget." She said as she quickly collected the brush to sweep of the mess.
Lily hated this. She works a lot but get shouted for.
The wages were so small, barely enough to cover rent and bills. Lily had been working at the diner for a few months now, and she was constantly struggling to make ends meet. She worked long hours and dealt with rude customers, all for a meager paycheck that barely covered her basic needs.

Chapter 1 He Didn't Believe Her
The Casper family was a well-known family in Courtbush. Today was Elmore Casper's eightieth birthday party. Many distinguished guests were present and the atmosphere was lively.
However, a sudden ear-piercing scream from the garden startled everyone present.
Someone recognized that it was the voice of Babette Casper, the wife of Elmore's eldest grandson. She was pregnant, and her husband had already passed away. The Caspers rushed to the garden immediately to see what was going on.
In the swimming pool, two struggling figures came into view.
Before anyone else could react, Rory Casper dove into the swimming pool to pull the struggling Babette ashore.
Just then, the security guards rushed into the water to save the second drowning figure, Becky Casper.
When Becky returned to the house in sopping wet clothes, the servants passing by didn't bat an eyelash at her.
Nobody cared that she had nearly drowned, nor did they care about her in general.
After living with this family for over three years, Becky realized that her position was possibly inferior to that of the dog raised by Rory's sister.

Chapter 1 Third Anniversary
It was an especially warm night in Ye City.
Malcolm Quan drove through the neighborhood, passing through all the other familiar trees and houses. Finally, he arrived at his apartment. Getting off the car, Malcolm went up to the door and pressed his finger on the scanner. The door then opened with a slight beep and click. Much to his disappointment, he saw the bright hall was empty. "Poppi?" he called out.
There was no answer. 'Where did you go?'
After closing the door behind him, he put the documents in his hand on the sofa and went upstairs to the bedroom.
"Poppi?" he shouted once more. "Where are you?" When Malcolm Quan had reached the bedroom, he saw that there were clothes of a woman strewn across the bed, and heard the sound of running water in the bathroom.
Splish, splash! Splish, splash!
Just then, he faintly heard the voice of a woman coming through the crack of the bathroom door. Shortly afterwards, the person inside had turned the water off. Malcolm Quan looked in the direction of the bathroom reflexively. The door was only opened by a couple of inches. Nevertheless, he could easily see the perfect, curvy figure inside.

Chapter 1 Agreed To Divorce
The rain steadily poured down against the window. Closing her eyes, Sara Huo listened to the steady pitter-patter, a chill crawling up in her heart. Her pale skin was almost ghost-like against the white tunic dress she was wearing.
Raising her delicate chin, she glanced indifferently at the man in front her. Her amber eyes glistened with remorse. The love she had for him was all in vain.
Sara Huo clenched her fists to calm herself down. Her fingernails scratched the palm of her hand, drawing out small droplets of blood.
After calming herself down a bit, she forced a faint smile.
"What's wrong, Jacob? Why do you want a divorce?" she asked, her voice as clear and as cold as the rain.
The man stared at her coldly, as if she was some stranger instead of his wife.
"Your father's company has gotten enough from me, don't you think? I think both our goals have been achieved. With all that said, it is no longer necessary for us to continue this relationship we have, wouldn't you agree?"
