Marie couldn't help but stare helplessly at the sophisticated mansion that lay elegantly in front of her, own by the renowned model; Berry Montana.

It was a sprawling estate with a long driveway leading up to the front door. The house is a Mediterranean-style villa, with a red-tiled roof and a large fountain in the front courtyard.

As she steps inside, she's greeted by a chandelier-filled foyer with marble floors and a sweeping staircase, housekeepers busy and about.

Every furniture screamed luxury!!!

There's a lush sitting room with floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the city below. It's a dream home for literally anybody, but Marie knows that it's also the scene of a potentially deadly plot.

One of the housekeepers approached her and offered her a sit, informing her that the model was on a

live session on her instagram handle and would be informed of her arrival.

She gently sat at the end of one of the golden cushions, hugging Audrey tightly against her chest on her laps.

Marie waited in the foyer quietly, she could hear the sound of Berry's voice cackling from somewhere in the house.

Marie was a single mum from the west coast of California, she was currently working as a baby sitter for a couple; The Bush's who were both working in the embassy, Marie had worked as a baby sitter for as long as she could remember regardless of the very discouraging incident that occurred during the second home she served.

For the most she knew, Berry Montana had no child or children so she wondered what sort of “service” as the reputable model had put it over the phone call few days ago, would want from her.

Could this be some kind of publicity stunt, or is there something more sinister at play? she tried to keep her composure, her mind raced with questions and possibilities.

Shortly, Berry joined Marie in the foyer; greeted her with a smile and a handshake, but there's something about her smile that makes Marie feel uneasy, they sat down on a lavish velvet couch in an inner living room, more like a private part of the parlor away from the house keepers, Berry ordered for two glasses of champagne and began explaining the details of a plan she wanted Marie to carry out for her within a week.

She wanted Marie to create a scene at the wedding of the famous millionaire playboy; Field bail and the billionaire's heiress; Kathryn Carlo aiming to cause a social media frenzy and ruin the wedding for reason's best known to her. In exchange, she offered to pay Marie a hefty sum of money.

“Why would you want to do something as heartless as that and how am I supposed to go about it?” Marie gasped in unbelief.

“The millionaire happens to be my lover and is getting married to betray me, hence I have to get even,” the model lied, rolling her eyes as she gulped in an amount of the champagne.

Marie couldn't help but stare at her blankly,

"How could someone who looked this innocent and sophisticated, have such cockroaches in her cupboard?" she thought.

“Why did you choose me for the job?” Marie asked.

“Because I want to help you and your child off the streets!” berry answered, smiling slyly.

She threw in an idea on how Marie should go about it, making the plan sound pretty easy and doubles the previous amount she offered.

She looked really desperate, and Marie needed the money for a pile load of responsibilities.

The temptation of the money was too much for Marie to resist, she had never had such an amount in her life; just this one task was going to turn her into a millionaire and enable her give Audrey the type of life she had always longed for her!!!

After few minutes of persuasions Berry, Marie finally agreed to go through with the plan; Berry pays her part of the reward and promised that she was going to send the balance before she knows it.

As Marie leaves the mansion, cuddling Audrey tightly in her arms; she can't help but feel like she's making a huge mistake. She knows that this could ruin her life, but the thought of the money keeps her moving forward, she wonders if she'll ever be able to pull through successfully with this.

Is she about to become embroiled in a world of danger and deceit? What if she gets caught and arrested during the event?

Driving home, Marie couldn't shake off the feeling that something was very wrong with this entanglement she had caught herself in. She knew that she's gotten herself into a dangerous situation, but she's not sure how to get out of it. She also doesn't know what to do about the money, which was now burning a hole in her pocket. She'd never had this much money before, the entire scenario was making her feel conflicted and uneasy.

When they get home, she tried to distract herself by watching TV and making dinner for herself and Audrey, but her mind kept wandering back to the meeting with Berry, suddenly there's an abrupt knock on the door.

The knock on the door startled Marie, initially she hesitated to get the door, when she finally opens the door, standing in front of her door was a delivery man with a package. He handed her the box and left without saying a word.

she quietly shut her door and opens the box, she finds a small black velvet pouch inside. opening the pouch, it was filled with a large amount of cash.

A signed hand written note was attached to the money that read, "You're now part of something much bigger than yourself. Don't make any mistakes."

Her heart thudded loudly, her hands trembling, It was super clear that Marie was now involved in something very serious, and she had no idea how to get out of it.

As Marie stood there, frozen in fear; her phone rings. When she saw the caller ID, she realizes its Berry.

She doesn't know if she should answer, but she knew she had no choice. She picked up the phone and said, "Hello?"

On the other end of the line, Berry's voice is cool and calm. "I hope you're enjoying your new wealth," she giggled. "Remember, if you want to keep it, you need to do exactly as I say."

Marie's heart kept pounding in her chest, she could barely speak. After few seconds of silence, she managed to choke out the words;

"I understand ma'am," her voice trembling. "I'll do what you say."

"Good," Berry said. "Your first task is to meet me tomorrow at the beach. I'll text you the exact location. And don't be late." With that, she hung up the call.

Marie stood where she was in shock, cold to her bones, wondering what she had willingly gotten herself into. She knew she had to go to the meeting, but she was terrified of what might happen, she needed to get herself out of this mess before it was too late.
