. I felt sad as I noticed Thrain looking down at Delilah with a proud smile. I need to talk to Damien, I thought. Everyone grew hushed as I approached the stage, signaling that it was time to change directions and begin the pack run. Everyone was eager to see how the new pack members would respond to my wolf form, and they were all tingling with expectation and excitement. I took off my clothes and was now just in my bra and underwear. I closed my eyes and invited my wolf to approach. Up until the point where I was standing on all fours, I felt my snout lengthen, my back hunch, and all of my bones move. When I opened my eyes, I heard the new members' cries of surprise; they will all grow used to it eventually. Thrain and Delilah were next after I moved, then Josh and Lauren. They all transformed at once, and we were standing in front of them as wolves. While I waited for Marty to hop up onto the stage and then laid down to allow him to do so, the kids leapt onto their parents' backs. After making sure Marty was safe by grabbing my fur and squeezing his legs, I let out a loud, prolonged howl and ran into the woods. As the group left behind me, I could hear hundreds of paws hitting the ground.
As soon as I opened my door, I could smell the smoke, and the packed house was resounding with sobs. I frantically searched my surroundings to see if I could spot my family. I yelled for them as I hurried through the corridors. My throat burned as I swallowed more and more smoke, tears streaming down my face. When I finally got outdoors, a loud sob sprang from my mouth when I saw that the grass was covered in blood and that my pack mates' dead bodies were lying there. When I turned around and saw my beloved pack home on fire, my pulse rate quickened, and I experienced a wave of terror.
In the midst of the mayhem, I sat on the ground and let my grief consume me. I didn't pay attention to the ongoing disputes because all I wanted was to be with my family. Before I felt the son of the Beta wrap an arm over my shoulders and around my knees, and I glanced up into his emerald eyes, I had almost given up hope. "What are you doing, Thrain?" I fought against his hold as he said, "Alyssa, we have to go." I could not simply leave. "No, Thrain, we have to go back and help them," I said, pointing to my family and my pack. Though Thrain looked down at me with sorrowful eyes and said, "I'm sorry, Ally; your father ordered me to take you somewhere safe and not look back." I wasn't sure how I could help. I started crying again when I realized that my family was probably dead. Nobody is allowed to defy an Alpha's directives. I just hope my younger brother was able to escape as well. I drew closer to Thrain as I yearned for comfort. That is how I, the Alpha's daughter, turned bad at the tender age of ten. We kept on for two days until we actually fell into the Vicious Peak Pack's domain. The Alpha was very kind to us and allowed us to stay with his family. Because it would lead to too much strife, Thrain and I agreed not to disclose that I was an Alpha's offspring. Instead, we told everyone that I was Thrain's little cousin. With the exception of the Alpha's son, who was incredibly unpleasant and believed he wanted me when I was old enough, they all provided us with shelter and treated us like family. Nine years were spent there. Things got ugly three years into our stay when the Alpha named his son Thomas the next Alpha. He had been attempting to mate with me for years, but I had remained adamant that he wasn't my natural mate. Everyone thinks I'm stronger than a typical she-wolf, but I've always attributed it to my Alpha blood; they believe it comes from my Beta bloodline. They'll never learn the reality. Thrain, I, Beta Josh, and Lauren, his mate, were eating breakfast and conversing at the table when Alpha Thomas stormed in with his fangs extended and his eyes black. Since I already anticipated conflict, I wasn't in the mood for his nonsense today. No one moved, shocked at his scream: "Everyone but Alyssa, leave." He roared in his Alpha tone, "Now!" Lauren was pointing to the side wall as they all stood up to depart. I grinned, understanding that they were eavesdropping. "What can I do to help you with Alpha?" I questioned myself as I went to grab some eggs and shove them in my mouth. "What you pulled last night was unacceptable!" His hands were trembling and on the verge of changing, so he began pacing. "Oh? I would not have kneeled your balls if you hadn't tried to impose yourself on me, I chuckled, enjoying raising his hackles. He stopped pacing and suddenly appeared in front of me, his hand tightening around my throat. I gave him a low growl since my inner wolf didn't like that I wasn't defending myself. Patience "You had better remove your hand before I rip it from the rest of your body." You must mate with me, Alyssa, or I will kill you. Thomas, you couldn't murder me. I rolled my eyes. She wanted his blood, and she wanted it immediately, and I could feel my wolf pulling at my restraint. He is the Alpha and can murder our family; I had to remind her. "Let me go, Thomas. He grinned, thinking he could truly command me. "Alyssa Hawkins, I order you to mate with me and have my pups," he said, standing up straight and letting his Alpha strength pour through him. Before I could stop her, my wolf finally broke through; she didn't like being told what to do. I don't take orders from you, Alpha Thomas! We won't be that female for you since you are a pitiful little boy who can only acquire a girl by forcing her to mate with you. It wasn't me anymore; my wolf had complete control, and her voice could make even the most stern Alphas sob to their mother. "We are leaving your pack, and if anyone follows me and tries to bring me back, I promise I will send them back to you in pieces." Thomas' eyes were wide with fright as he was in shock. I shoved him away from me and hurried upstairs to my room, packing a duffle bag with all of my possessions. Before Lauren rushed up the stairs and into my room, I could hear Josh and Thrain chatting to him downstairs. I shook my head and gathered up my luggage. "No, Lauren, Josh is the beta of this pack, and he has a responsibility." "We have already made our decision; as soon as he tried to order you to mate with him, he lost all of our respect. "He is gradually growing insane." I groaned and left my room because I knew I couldn't persuade them otherwise. "Fine, meet me outside in thirty minutes." Lauren nodded before heading off to pack. My back was against the wall while I was seated on the floor after sliding down the wall. I lowered my head and drew my knees to my chest. I can't believe I'll be a rogue once more; I know my parents would be upset, and I don't even have a partner yet, let alone a pack. I don't want a partner in particular-okay, I do-just the trouble of it all because I don't want to be hurt by someone I love once again. I stand up, clear my head of all my thoughts, and proceed downstairs, where I eventually meet Thomas' father. I grinned at him, and he opened his arms to embrace me. Over the past few years, he has practically been a father figure to me. "I am extremely embarrassed after learning what my son did. I'm really sorry he treated you this way, Alyssa, and I'll make sure he never acts in a similar manner again. If you need anything, call me. He kissed me on the temple. I gave him a nod and expressed my gratitude for all that he had done for Thrain and me over the years. I knew it was difficult for him because his son had just tried to disrupt the intentions of the moon goddess by ordering someone to mate with him. As I make my way outside, I halt in my tracks when I see the thirty or so pack members gathering around with luggage. Standing in the front, Thrain, Josh, and Lauren were all grinning at me. This makes me feel uneasy. "We are all coming with you, Alyssa." Stepping forward, Thrain wrapped his arm around my shoulders. "You all belong to this pack; you can't come." "Not now, Alpha." Thomas informed everyone of your departure and threatened to kill any remaining supporters of yours. Traitors are not welcome in his pack. Lauren grinned at me. I was in her hands. "Fine, let's get out of here." The children climbed onto the backs of their parents as we all shifted and grabbed our backpacks. We felt the connection to the group shatter as we crossed the line, which caused us to stumble a little. No one was racing alongside me or in front when I turned around to see who was running behind me. They were running in a 'V' shape behind me, the way you run when the Alpha is sprinting in front. I suppose I am now the Alpha.
No one knew I was alive, everyone thought I was dead. My name is Kellina Lilith Morningstar, my father was Ansel Lightwood the former Alpha of the North East Atlantic Pack. I didn't take his last name since he wasn't much of a father figure to me. My mother was Esther Mikaelson, the mother of Freya, Finn, Elijah, Klaus, Kol, Rebekah, and Henrik Mikaelson. Niklaus is my full brother by blood, the others are my half siblings. None of them know I exist of course, I wanted to change that. First, let me tell you my story: My mother and father were having an affair behind Mikael's back, the abusive father to all the Mikaelson children. Shortly before my mother casted a spell to turn all my siblings into vampires she was pregnant with me, she knew that I wasn't Mikael's baby. So, my mother gave birth to me far in the woods where my fathers pack helped deliver me. My mother gave me to my father and told him to tell me she died at birth, she fled to her family telling them all I died and she had a miscarriage. I don't know if i should be happy or upset that she left me. If she took me with her, I would've needed to grow up as the bastard child of Mikael.
The darkness slowly crept through my veins. I could feel it. Every inch it consumed, it burned. The agony of the storm raging within my body was debilitating. My senses dulled, overtaken by the pain coursing through every part of my being. Each breath was not without torment. And each moment felt like a lifetime. My mind filled with a cacophony of thoughts, some my own and some were that of my brothers. The bond, mercilessly forcing us to bear not just our own anguish but also each other's. Knees buckling, I fall to the ground but my eyes never leave her. My mate. My light. My Klara.
Betrayal. Such a straightforward word, yet so profound. Because I was brought into this world without my will, betrayal could be used to characterise my entire life. A youngster who was never intended to belong anywhere was unwanted and unloved. In the Novilunium Pack, my mother was an omega. Her nearly waist-length jet-black hair was styled in a low ponytail. She had gorgeous emerald eyes and thick chocolate skin. According to what I've heard, they were the darkest green, and gazing into them was like seeing directly into the skies. It was as though Aphrodite herself had visited and blessed my mother.
"Paisley has a fiancé. She is about to get married" "But she's not married yet is she? She can still go. Why does it have to be me" "Nevaeh..." "I hate you all so much. Especially you" she glared at me before storming off. I couldn't hold the tears in. Coulter wrapped his arms around me while mama ran after Nevaeh. "She hates me" I sobbed into his chest. I could take anything but that. Did she really mean what she said? Did she really hate me? I was stubborn, hard headed and could hold the longest grudges but when it came to her, I was a completely different person. "She doesn't. She's just upset. She'll come around" I doubted that. This wasn't like the other times Nevaeh and I fought. This was different and something told me she wouldn't be coming around anytime soon.
