Fierce, brutal, unforgiving, and strong, the Wolfson Pack ruled Nardia with great honor and glory until their Great fall during an unforeseen battle. To save their bloodline, they had to move to the mortal realm. But, tragedy struck when their bloodline began fading until they lost their identities. Five hundred years later, destiny seeks a King to build the ruins of Nardia, and fortify it only to get lost into the hands of a 21 year old hunter. What will happen to Nardia city when the very thing that destroyed them many years ago, is rekindled from the ashes?
500 years ago, a war broke out in the Celestial realm, with a dark gloomy cloud hovering over Nardia, as all its citizens engaged in a brutal battle that was to last 4 days.
This wasn't any other kind of battle, this was a battle for survival, a battle for power, a battle for dominance, and who can be as rough as the Wolfson Pack in battle?
"Save Luna Audrey", Titon, the Alpha of Wolfson Pack, from the Fenrir Bloodline pcharged, as he ran his teeth and claws into his opposing Pack Leader, Martins, the Alpha of Ryder Pack.
He wanted to save his wife, Luna Audrey who was surrounded by dark ruthless wolves who were bent on ripping her into shreds.
There was a small tree a distance away, Omega Lifon carried her, and scurried away through the knives and bows of the deadly war. When Luna was gotten into safety, he assisted her in delivery, and ensured she doesn't lose consciousness, because this was going to be dangerous for them at the moment.
"We've ruled this territory for over 200 years, we built its ruins and dead lands, how dare you appear all of a sudden to be the commanding Alpha of all the clans".
"You're weak, pathetic, you're just a sly fox. We need warriors in Nardia and not failures like you who couldn't secure our borders from intruders that were responsible for my late son's death."
"You dare call me a weakling, I swear I'm gon' be rough on you, take that", Martins attacked, until his both claws pinned Titon to the ground. He began slashing his claws through his face, until he was bleeding profusely.
Something felt different today that made Titon so weak to let out a painful groan. Those claws weren't ordinary claws, and they contained a strange power that seemed to rip Titon of his power.
"Retreat", Beta Raymond howled until all the wolves of the Wolfson Pack backed out, into safety.
The battlefield was then left empty with a satisfied Martins who felt happier for what he did.
"Ruthless Ryders", he began, walking majestically to and fro as he observed the red hungry eyes of his pack. "I commend your doggedness, and everything you've done to make this battle successful. But like, I always say, nearly can never kill a bird".
"Yes, Alpha Martins, we hear you", they bowed.
"Hahaha", did you see the way we made them beg, we made them cry in pain, and still they couldn't outsmart us with their big numbers. A hundred thousand wasted, we need more blood. Their pack is bound to ruin us if we don't finish them up".
"But, Alpha Martins, don't you think we messed up in allowing Luna Audrey to get away with her pups?"
"Omega Ramson, I hear you. But....we had to let it happen to save the biggest cry that will consume Nardia. We'll attack her 12 pups, and none will survive just like we did the last time."
All of them cheered, and beat their chest, and shook their tail, as they howled in happiness.
Meanwhile, Luna Audrey was later rushed to a small hut nearby. She was already beginning to gain consciousness, but her husband was badly injured. When she opened her eyes, all she wanted was to behold her husband, but when she saw what was done to him, her countenance fell, as she abandoned her pups to tend to his wounds.
"I'll be fine", Titon warmly patted her cheeks to ease her heavy heart. "Arrghh...."
"This is no ordinary wound from the claws of a wolf, my love, great and mighty".
Yes, Titon knew this wasn't an ordinary wound, but his mind was still trying to process everything he saw from the battle, as the pain kept distracting him away.
Omega Lifon secured the borders, and kept watching out, as Luna Audrey kissed her husband's fur, and tried to be so careful whilst trying to heal him.
Audrey was known for healing any kind of wound, but today, her healing powers seemed to fail her.
"It's not working", she cried.
All the burns on Titon's body made him look so pathetic, like he wasn't going to live past the day.
All the pack members began mourning for their Alpha who has been in a week's pain, until hope appeared in the form of Mandy, a legendary seer.
"Show me his body", she commanded, as her pack stood outside and guarded her to enter the tent where Titon was laid.
She brought in some herbs, and tended to his wounds lightly before speaking up".
"This is a silver burn".
All the wolves there opened their eyes in fear as they heard that. Silver was one of the most deadly equipments they feared, but how did Martins get access to it when it wasn't even found a thousand kilometers away? Apparently, he partnered with other fearful dark wolves.
"Will he make it?"Audrey cried, as her pups surrounded their weary father.
"He's fine already", Mandy smiled. "But you have just 3 days to decide the fate of Nardia".
Mandy turned her back, as she covered her head with the black hood she was wearing. She had seen a forthcoming danger ahead and wasn't able to speak everything her eyes had seen, for yes she was a sweet of great wisdom who knew she wouldn't be scared if she confessed the whole truth.
"Thank you for healing our Alpha, wise one, but please what may we do to preserve our heritage?", Omega Lifon asks.
"Run", she began laughing hysterically. "Only those who flee the battlefield live to fight another day. You must retreat, and give up".
"Nonsense, why should we surrender to those bloody weaklings?" Beta Rah spoke.
While they were still speaking, an arrow shot directly and arrived at Rah's foot as he let out a painful groan.
"Warriors assemble", Alpha Titon growled.
The peaceful camp was now like a wildfire as everyone took on their heels against the outnumbered enemy pack that came like flies.
They began tearing everyone in the camp, and wiping everyone on their path.
"Stick to plan, kill Titon", Omega Ramson charged, as he moved through the clearing towards Luna Audrey who was trying to save her pups.
When Alpha Titon saw how more than half of his pack members were killed, he remembered Mandy's words, and decided to heed to it.
"Retreat", he cried, as he hurried towards a sacred bush. That bush was the only access they had to salvation at the moment. This was going to be a risky decision to use the sacred bush to move into the mortal realm. Doing that will cost his generation if no one is able to open the portal to move back into the celestial realm after the war. Additionally, this would make him look weak for future generations who'll learn of his history, but this was the wisest thing to do, given the threatening situation at the moment.
Mandy kept laughing, as they seized, and carried her away. She knew she'll be killed, but nothing tastes better than the comeback she envisioned as they strangled, and feasted on her body.
Her pack, the Molten pack, the purest in the land as at the time, were now the responsibility of Alpha Titon who was hell bent on moving everyone of them to safety, but this was going to be just a painful wish as they lost contact in the process.
The Ryders mistook the Molten pack for the Wolfson Pack, and so wiped each and everyone of them, including pups. While watching the awful massacre, a satisfying grin displayed across Martin's face, as he felt proud by every blood spilled. This was the victory he had always smelled.
Looking at some pups his members were feasting on, nothing made him happier than the fact that the weakling savage he was formerly addressed to, is now the determinant of Nardia's fate.
"Hail Alpha Martins, Hail!" They changed his praises, as he looked all around with pleasure in his eyes.
