"Dad for me not to exposed my self, I have to wait for everyone to finish bathing before taking my own bath, I wear clothes when others are not around, I don't have friends because I am afraid of people they might exposed me or betray my trust, I tried dressing up like a girl it was such a tough time for me with no one directing or guiding me, I sometimes cried my self to sleep anytime I get tired of the life I live, why do i have to hide my identity? Why do I have to live like a girl and why am I not enjoying life like other students dad and mom it pains alot "I said crying

"It's ok dr, all this will be over someday and you will get to have friends and have a family you will dress like a boy that you are "my parents said consoling me.

"Mom, most of the students calls me weirdo because I don't talk, I don't associate with anyone and I am always hiding, I don't make body contact with anyone so they won't get to feel or touch any of my body parts, what keeps me going is the fact that I am smart and brilliant so most of the teachers likes me"I cried bitterly

"We are so sorry dr for putting you through this, when you left I regretted ever letting you go there alone, I should have come with you at least to help you with some things "my mom said crying

when Eunice left to study abroad i was not happy about it, I know it's was a good idea we wanted him to start a new life in a new area but the guilt couldn't let me live I cried my self to sleep every nights.

I can't bear seeing her this sad, she passed through a lot at her age I wish everyday that his enemy should die a disgraceful death.

But she said something about not leaving us again, is she not going to school again?

"Eunice my dear, don't tell me that you want to stop your education just to stay here with us? "I asked her although I am happy that she said that but I am sad at the same time she must finish her education and become a successful person

"Mom I am not going back there again and I am not dropping out of school, I will still further my education but it will be here with all of you "she said happily

"Oh my dear, you are such a blessings to this family come here "I said to her and she hugged me

"Eunice it's a good thing that you don't want to go there again, your mom and I will arrange a better school for you here "my husband told her

"Thanks dad, thanks mom you two are the best "she said and smiled at us.

TWO MONTHS LATER

These past months mom and dad did their best in finding me a good school, I don't have time to make friends, all my attention is on my books since we are preparing for WAEC.

I was reading my book during lunch period when a beautiful girl walk up to me smiling

"Why is she smiling like that? "I asked myself

"Hi "she said still smiling

"Hi "I said, I pack my books and left the class, since you don't want me to read in peace I better go out of the class I murmured angrily and walked away.

After what mom told me yesterday about making friends I have made up my mind to make friends but with someone I trust.

I woke up very early and prepare myself for school, I went down stairs to see the maids busy with the breakfast

"Good morning young miss, are you ready for school? "The first maid ask

"Yes I am, any problem? "I asked back

"Miss please you can't leave the house without eating, madam will fire us or punish us"the second maid said kneeling

"Don't worry no body will fire you, I will talk to mom and dad "I said to them

"Miss please wait, I can prepare a food park for you "the maid said running inside the kitchen

She later came out with my food park and handed over to me

"Thanks, I appreciate "I said truthfully to them, I smiled and wave at them before leaving the house.

I entered the school and every where was quite as a grave yard, i didn't say anyone out side

"Where did they go? "I asked my self just then I got a glimpse of the new brilliant, smart but weird beautiful girl, she is the newbie but she acts strange I thought of making friends with her but I'm feeling somehow.

I was so happy this morning maybe because I am going to see that girl called Eunice, just at the mentioning of her name my heart skip

"Is this love or like? I'm i a lesbian? "I asked myself

"No I am not because I am always attracted to guys and not my fellow lady but this is strange to me, I don't know what is happening to me "I said to myself.

I walked inside the class, i instantly search the class room with my eyes I don't really know why I was searching or what I was looking for but I am certain that I am looking for someone or something

My eyes landed on the newbie, I walked up to her

"You again? What do you want? "she asked me

"I tried gaining your attention yesterday but you ignored me "i said sadly

"I'm so sorry, I don't make friends with strangers and I don't Intend having any"he answered me

"I am not a stranger, I am just a friend, I want to be your friend because I like you I want to be close to you and I want to know you "i said to her

"I'm sorry I don't want to know you excuse me "he said and left the class.

"She said that she likes me and she wants to be like me, this is the first time someone likes me and doesn't hate me

She isn't after my life, I am So happy because she is nice and she wants my friendship" I said to my self smiling

I talked to her but she isn't free with me, looks like she is afraid and sad but why?

She really needs a friend someone that will help her back to being happy

And I promise that I will be that friend no matter what I like her for God sake, can't she just get it and give me a chance? "I scream all of a sudden.

I saw Celine talking to that weirdo, I hope it's not what I am thinking because if that girl is really talking to her I will be mocked, I need to gain her friendship first.

I was still thinking about what happened earlier when mia walked up to me with her gang, she was walking around as if files hovering around some dirt's or something

"Mia what it is this time? "I asked her

"You bch, you think you are smart right? "She asked me glaring at me

I was walking round the school, I wanted getting familiar to my new environment, I passed a deserted class room but some arguments made me pause on my track.

"Seems like someone is being bullied, I wonder why "I said and continue walking away but I heard someone mentioned something about weirdo, students call me that but why are they discussing about me, maybe it won't hurt if I check

I tiptoed to the door and push it slowly and it gave a little way, I decided to use the little space and figure out what is happening but I was shocked when I saw the girl that needed my friendship lying on the floor and they rest were beating her, I became angry i needed to something to punch so my anger will reduce, I waited for some minutes for the anger to subside and it did after some minutes

I rushed inside to meet that annoying rude and bossy girl about hitting her

"Why are you bullying your fellow student? "I asked them, they were very shocked maybe because of my voice no doubt i haven't talked to anyone in the school about from now.

This girl saved me, she is so nice but she acted as if she is cold but her true self is cool

"Thank You "I said to her since we were just walking silently without saying anything

"What were they beating you? "He asked without answering me

"Because I talked to you "I answered sadly

"Because You talked to me? "She asked back

"Yes, besides my name is Celine and what is yours? "I asked him

"Eunice "she answered

"Well Eunice your name is nice just like you, you are so nice and cool but why is your voice different from your looks? "I asked her.
