The Guardian

PROLOGUE

On a hot sunny afternoon, a man is seen walking with difficulty in the middle of a large desert. A strong wind was blowing enough to cause a lot of dust in the air, which led the man to walk and fall several times, his body also seemed to be very weak, and he did not have enough strength. At that time, he was carrying a two-week-old baby in his arms. He tried to cover the child so that he would not be hit by the dust using pieces of old clothes.

The condition of the man named Derrick seemed to be worse, he was dragging himself with streaks of dried blood on his face. He didn't know where he was going or where he came from. the desert was unusually large, you couldn't see the beginning or the end of the desert.

After taking a few more steps, David stopped and looked at the child who was wearing a scarf around him, David opened the scarf that had a picture of a very beautiful woman in it. He looked at the picture and then let out a faint smile.

David raised his eyes, looked up and then said...

"Many things are happening in the world, some of which we know and see in our daily lives, but there are also things going on that are beyond our beliefs of existence. I, David, have managed to live through a life that is beyond the world we humans think exists and I have seen things that I never thought existed in our world.

It was not at all easy for me to accept this new life, but with Sasha's help, the woman I fell in love with, I have lived and will continue living with this creature in my arms. I will not die before completing the role that I was born to do.

THE BEGINNING....

It was a day full of mourning and sorrow for all especially those who had gathered that day in the freedom field. The body of the hero was being carried around the field to be buried by thousands of people who had gathered there.

Cries were heard while some waved their hand in congratulations to the hero of his kind who had never appeared before in their country.

David was one of the people who arrived at the Independence Square to pay their last respects. His face looked very sad.

While the exercise went on, a beautiful girl wearing a long red dress that dragged down to the bottom was seen walking around where the mourners were, holding a small white bottle in her right hand and a small white box in her left hand as well.

The girl was collecting the tears that were coming from the mourners by using her bottle.

Whenever she approached anyone who was crying, she waited until a drop of tears came out and then she prevented the drop from falling by catching it in her bottle. strangely no one could see the girl, she continued her calmly as usual without being seen by anyone.

The mourning song was played and many people stopped crying and started jumping as part of the tribute.

The girl stopped collecting tears and waited for times of grief to continue. She looked at her half-full bottle with the amount of tears she had collected.

While she was doing that, her white box accidentally slipped and fell to the ground.

The girl was shocked after dropping the box because now she was visible to everyone. it seemed like the box was what made her invisible. luckily no one was shocked by the sudden appearance of the girl due to the large crowd.

David, being part of the mourners, immediately saw that a small white box had fallen at his feet.

He looked at it for several seconds and slowly bent down to pick it up.

"Stop it, don't hold it" A female voice sounded from behind him, and David turned to look at the voice. He saw a very beautiful girl wearing a red dress holding a white bottle.

"Do you think I am a thief?" said David as he bent down to pick up the box.

"No!" The girl shouted once more to stop David but it didn't help because David had already bent down and picked up the box, he then asked her to come and take it.

The girl remained in a state of stupor while staring at David. David did not understand anything. He wanted to help the girl with good intentions but he couldn't understand why the girl stopped her with such great force.

While they were staring at each other, David felt a sudden shot in the hand that was holding the box, he trembled and let it fall.

David felt his hand go numb, he looked at the girl who also seemed to be stunned by the incident.

The girl quickly bent down picked up the box and started to leave.

David was still in a bit of pain, he kept watching the girl who was leaving fast, getting lost in the crowd.

David couldn't say anything to anyone, but he couldn't understand something, because after the girl grabbed her box, it seemed like he was the only one who could see her.

Everyone else in the tragedy at the stadium paid her no mind or glance as if she did not exist there at all, David alone could see her but he did not know that.

After the girl had disappeared from David's eyes, the young man looked at his hand that was hit by a strange shot immediately after holding the box and saw that it was unharmed. He had many questions in his head wondering who the girl was. Why did she stop him from picking up the little box? Why was he immediately hit by a strange electric shock after picking up the box? David still didn't have answers to his questions, in the end, he decided to forget the incident believing that there were probably electrical objects in the box which was the reason she had stopped him. He didn't want to focus too much on the strange event.
