ower often brings enemies." I swallowed hard, my mind racing. What did this man know about my parents? Why was he telling me this now? I clenched my fists, trying to k

to know the truth." Luka's expression softened, and he nodded reluctantly. "Just be careful." I turned to the man, taking his hand. "Alright. I'll go with you. But if you betray me, I'll make you regret it." He chuckled, a dark and knowing laugh. "I wouldn't dream of it." As we left the room, I couldn't help but feel a mix of fear and anticipation. The answers I had been seeking were finally within reach, but the cost was yet to be determined. AMANDA'S POV I raced through the darkened streets, my heart pounding with urgency. The news of my master's injury had shaken me to the core, but I couldn't afford to falter. I had to reach the warehouse before it was too late. The city was eerily quiet, the only sound the echo of my footsteps. I tightened my grip on my gun, ready for any danger that might come my way. The Kosovo were ruthless, and I couldn't underestimate them. As I approached the warehouse, I saw a figure lurking in the shadows. I slowed my pace, trying to assess the situation. Burn it to the ground." I hesitated, knowing he was right. The Kosovo couldn't find any evidence of our operations. But seeing him in this state broke my heart. "Alright," I said, my voice choked with emotion. "I'll do it." I helped him to his feet, supporting his weight as we made our way to the storage area. There, I found the explosives we had kept for emergencies. I quickly set them up, my hands shaking with urgency. "Master, we need to move fast," I said, glancing back at him. He nodded, his face pale and drawn. "Do it." I activated the timer and helped him out of the warehouse, our pace was slow and labored. As we exited the building, I heard the distant sound of sirens. The Kosovo were on their way. We made it a safe distance before the warehouse exploded in a brilliant flash of light and heat. I shielded my master from the blast, my hear
