"Ms. Pecker, I hope now I don't need to listen to such absurdity from you," Theo huskily said.
"Why am I not allowed to date?" I surprisingly asked. Theo attempted to say something but I showed my hands to him muttering, "Stop."
I twitched my nose and turned my shoes to move from there. But before I could have reached near his door, Theo held me through my waist and leaned his lips to ear giving me a shiver. "What do you think of yourself? How can you go without my permission?"
"Stop all this. How could you dare to touch me? You are my boss in the office but not here, so stop ruling over me," I angrily said and attempted to push him.
"What do you think about my words?" Theo came closer to me.
"A bad joke," I could hardly open my lips as my breaths were getting heavy.
"Is it?" Theo muttered and rolled his eyes.
"Of course, let me be clear, I don't think we are close enough to crack a joke about each other. Moreover, it was a very bad joke and I got offended," I closed my eyes for a second and then snapped at him.
