For the first time since the wedding, it seemed to be the first time that her husband surprised her. With her anticipation, Franklin opened the tablet and tapped on a video that appeared to be live.
On the screen, she saw Aron being hoisted down from the 18th floor of Restaurant J.
Restaurant J was located in the heart of City H. Aron was dangling upside down from the ropes. He was unaware of it and was sleeping in his pajamas.
Christine couldn't help but shake her head, "I really admire Aron for falling asleep at a time like this."
She turned back abruptly and looked nervously at Franklin, "The Bartons won't do anything to you, right?"
"They wouldn't dare." Franklin spoke with dominance.
Christine's lips quirked sweetly and heard Franklin ask again, "What did you do today?"
"I went to visit Bob." Christine answered.
"You like Bob a lot?" The man asked.
Christine leaned against the small tabletop and saw him boiling water. They were like an old married couple.
"Yes, Bob is a good boy and calls me fairy sister every time he sees me. Besides I'm the one who was blind enough to let Larissa use me to get into hospital work in the first place. I'm all responsible for Bob." Christine solemnly said.
