I was reborn.

Back to the time when I humiliated myself on a parenting reality show.

In my previous life, I died with a grudge, forced to watch my ex-husband marry his new flame.

And that little brat, my nine-year-old stepson, sweetly called her "Mom."

I was so furious, I nearly broke the lid off my coffin.

This time around, I had decided to just give up and stop trying.

No more chasing after the Brown family like some pathetic lapdog. I announced my plans for a divorce and handed off the birthday gifts I had prepared for my stepson to other kids instead.

I didn't expect to blow up online because of it.

My stepson's eyes turned red. "Those are mine! You're only allowed to spoil me!"

"Who do you think you are? Just some manipulative gold-digger who tricked your way into my dad's bed! You set me up too? Stay away from me! Don't even come close!" Johnny shouted.

Johnny Brown, my nine-year-old stepson, was already tall for his age. Despite his baby face, there was a faint trace of arrogance between his brows.

He was just like his domineering father, a dangerously handsome little jerk.

Three days ago, I came back to life.

In my past life, I spent all my time trying to get the attention of the rich CEO Trevor Brown.

I created drama and acted like a complete fool-all to make him notice me.

Then one night, after he got drunk, I pounced. I slept with him and became the wife of a billionaire.

His new love, Kaylyn Grace, was the complete opposite-a total career woman. She was the kind of woman who lived, breathed, and bled for her job.

They worked together, sparks flew, and it was game over.

Even Johnny started calling her "Mom" like she hung the damn moon.

I was supposed to be his stepmother!

Driven mad with jealousy, I started spiraling and eventually lost myself in the chaos of it all.

Kaylyn took advantage of that. She set me up and got me framed.

It didn't take long for Trevor to dump me like yesterday's trash.

I spent my days in prison reflecting, over and over again, until I quite literally raged myself to death.

After I died, my ex and his beloved lived happily ever after-career booming, love thriving, two kids in three years.

Now that I'm back, every fiber of my being screams, "Divorce! I have to divorce with him!"

I couldn't wait to cut ties with Trevor once and for all.

But he was out of the country and wouldn't be back for a month.

And in a month, this dumb reality show would end as well.

Right. To please Trevor and play the doting stepmom, I dragged Johnny onto Mommy Diaries-a reality show featuring moms and their kids.

I had to force Johnny to join.

Trevor approved.

Johnny hated me with a passion. The whole trip so far, he had been making my life a living hell.

Honestly, I feel like I' had swallowed a pile of crap.

But the show had already filming. If I quitted now, I would have to pay a huge penalty.

And if it came down to coughing up a ton of cash or swallowing this crap, guess I would just have to choke it down.

Since I had no interest in playing the game anymore, I figured I might as well slack off completely.

Johnny was a little demon, worse-tempered than his father.

He had his nose so high in the air, barely even acknowledging me when I spoke.

In my past life, I had orbited around him like a devoted little lapdog, thinking that if I wanted to win Trevor's heart, I needed to win over his son first.

Three-quarters of my luggage had been packed with snacks, video games, and the birthday present I had carefully picked out for Johnny.

On the road, I had wiped his sweat, handed him water, fretted over whether he was too hot or too cold.

But if he had kept up that same nasty attitude the whole way through, I might've taken it.

What made it worse was how, later on, he turned into the sweetest, most well-behaved boy around Kaylyn. Whatever she said, he believed like gospel.

He even played matchmaker for her and Trevor in the end.

I had spent so much effort trying to win Trevor over and acting like a servant for Johnny, and in the end, it was Johnny himself who stabbed me in the back.

Just thinking about it made my blood boil.

"You're the one who said it-we'll stay out of each other's way. So don't come near me," I snapped as I dragged my suitcase full of snacks into the room I had picked earlier.

Johnny's face turned green with rage because this was indeed my scheme.

I had no shame back then.

I had been a beauty since I was a kid. Even in preschool, there were boys lining up to chase me.

When I got into film school, I still stood out as one of the most beautiful girls on campus.

But I just had to fall for Trevor, that stone-faced robot. The less he cared about me, the more obsessed I became.

I had fallen for him purely through my own delusions and fantasies.

To win him over, I slacked off in my acting career, ghosted my agent, and showed up to shoots without memorizing my lines-just replacing them with numbers. I had pissed off everyone around me.

My reputation in the industry had hit rock bottom.

The only reason I had joined Mommy Diaries was to bond with Johnny.

But the show hadn't even started filming before I got boycotted by the public.
