Sophie Tyrese, the shameful omega daughter of an Alpha, was pushed by her family to marry Albert Cain, a young and powerful Alpha. She did all she could to please Albert but he had other plans; making life a living hell for her and reunited with his ex. After rejecting her; Sophie left with pains; vowing to take charge pf her own destiny. After five years, who is the woman under the mask....
"I reject you and I will never accept you as my Luna!!" Albert's voice thundered as he push her down with his foot. As she rolled on the floor, Sophie did not care about the pain of being kicked; no, it was nothing compared to the way those words pierced her heart as they resounded in her ears. "Was it...was it not last night?" She thought, "He took my innocence last night. I thought he was going to change." Tears trickled down her slightly lean cheeks but Albert could care less. The scene from last night was vivid in her mind. She remembered how he had pounced on her.
Although he did not handle her with care but she had longed for it so for her, it was a beautiful moment. "Take this pathetic thing out of my sight." Albert said in utter disgust and in his eyes was so much hatred that he almost spat on her. Before she could be rough handled more, the poor lady rose to her feet and slowly dragged herself towards her room at the far end of the castle. As she walked on amidst shaky breathes and her wobbling legs, she grabbed on to anything strong enough to support her weight while wishing badly to just drop dead. Albert's laughter trailing her off as she gets further away. No sooner had she settled down that she had a knock on her door and as the door gave way, Edna came in. She quickly rose to her feet in fear and respect. "Come on Sophie. You know we are way past that." Edna said, moving closer to her as they both sat on the bed. She had an arm on her shoulder. "With the way I am being treated? I just cannot help it." It was obvious she was fighting hard to hold back her tears. Edna felt a great amount of pity for her but there was nothing she could do to help her situation. Her brother is the Alpha of the pack and she dare not go against him. They both sat in silence for a while until Edna spoke. "Have you tried talking to your father about this?" A mixed feeling of sadness and despair immediately plastered in Sophie's face. "And what is he going to do? Hun? He was the one that put me in this situation in the first place. I doubt he will raise an eyebrow." She stood you and went to sit in front of the mirror. Edna sighed, "But then, you never can tell what help he might offer. No matter what, you are still his daughter." Sophie shrugged her shoulders in response and said nothing in response; she just wanted to be alone in her thoughts. ******** Later that night, she found herself in the Alpha's bed again but this time; it was full of pains rather than pleasure but Albert didn't care. "I own you." He kept saying to her ears while she laid down motionless, breathing hard and trying to keep the pain deep inside her. After he was done, he pushed her out of his room. She could feel her throat dry, heart burning and voice lost; only her mind was filled with her unsaid words. "I thought if I love him, he will see it and reciprocate the feelings. It seems the moon goddess chose to trap me here for some reason." Standing in the bathroom for hours couldn't wash off the filth she felt when she got to her room. The tears running down her face not visible under the drops of water rushing on her body. "...you are still his daughter." Edna's words rang in her head and she pondered. She could have sworn she already knew the outcome but then she chose to give it a try. ******** At her father's house. As she stood outside the door, she had no strength to knock the door for fear of being rejected. The experiences she had with her father, stepmother and stepbrother were still fresh in her mind and have scarred her whole existence. Two gentle taps on the door and as she heard the doorknob turned, her heart jumped into her mouth; instantly regretting the decision but then, she couldn't turn back; she was already there. "Ooh, it is just you." Jace smirked while looking all over her in disgust like a piece of trash. He is her stepbrother and they do not get along really well. "Is father in?" She asked timidlt, shying away from meeting his gaze. He stepped away from the door, as if inviting her to enter but at the same time avoiding to have any contact with her as though she had leprosy. "Father!!!" He shouted casually, a spoilt brat. "Sophie is around." He took a swift glance at her and disappeared into his room leaving her alone. Still standing, she knew she dare not sit down without being told to. While waiting for her father to come out, she kept looking at her toes and fingers but her blank mind couldn't register anything than to be done there and leave. "Now what do you want here? You should be at the Cain's pack trying to get in their alpha's good book. Can you not be useful for once in your miserable life?" The voice jerked her up. Andrea, her stepmother was the first to appear on the stairs, her feet landing heavily on the floor with sounds that made Sophie's heart jumped. She was closely followed by Gibbons, the father. Before the poor girl could explain the reason for her visit, Andrea lashed out at her again. "This is not your home anymore." She shifted her gaze from her toes to her father's face to see his reaction but he was indifferent and he was stating at her intently. He spoke softly, unlike his wife; "What is it?" "I do not think I can continue living with the Cain's pack." She muttered the words timidly but high enough for the werewolves' ears to pick up. There's was silence for a brief moment before Gibbons and his wife bursted into laughter. "That is the best joke I have heard in a while." He said while pointing as his daughter mockingly. "Father, I am serious. This man does not even like me a bit, how can you push me to be with such a man at my expense?" Her eyes are gradually getting filled up with tears. Andrea walked up to her just as a lion will walk up to its prey. "Better get your sorry self back to him and make sure you please him. There is no space for you here." She looked over to her father to know his thought but she was met with cold shoulders. "Marry him for our pack, this is your last value. Get out of this house!!" He bellowed at her. She tried to fight back her tears as she found her way through the streets and back to the castle but she just had to let it out; sobbing as she thought about her life and how her maltreatment will continue once she set foot back into the castle. When she got back to her room, she suddenly felt the urge to puke and she ran to the bathroom. "It must be from the stress." She thought and laid down to get some rest. But it was not really the stress, she had a little one growing inside of her....
