Hi friends, This is my first fan fiction. This was a sudden imagination that came to my mind so I thought that I would put it into words and share it with my other fellow Engenes. Hope you guys enjoy it and please show your love and any other opinions through comments.

“ Looking at all these articles written about me I can say that I am not the type of model people would like to see. If all of my work gets negative comments like this, how can we get through life? ” I said while looking at Ella, who peacefully slept in our bed.

Keeping the magazine away I opened my laptop to check if I had any emails and to my surprise, there was a new email from JJP Fashion. I excitedly opened the email and read the content which said that I had been selected to model for their upcoming magazine cover with three more models.

This made me happy because this could take my modeling career in a new direction. JJP is one of the most reputed fashion brands. Often I see its various clothing items go viral on social media. This opportunity could change my and Ella’s lives.

They have requested me to be at the JJP fashion head office next Wednesday for the clothes fitting session.

Jay @ his mom’s house

“ It’s nice to see you home. You are too busy. you are still 25 you need to enjoy your life, date someone without just being inside an office all day.” Says my mom who begged me to come home. And now she is ranting about my life. This is why I don’t come home.

“ Mom I can enjoy my life anytime I want but it isn’t my main goal right now, I need to focus on my company, it is gradually growing. We have reached a good market which makes us a good pro..”

“ Blah Blah Blah business business business that’s all I hear from your mouth. You know why I am ranting like this for you to have a partner. I am old not a strong person I don’t know how long I will live that’s why I want you to find someone who will stand by your side when you are going through both good and bad if you find someone like that then I can die in peace. So promise me that you will put some effort into finding someone to date.”

“ But mom you are still 52 and healthy why are you talking like this? I will find someone when it’s time so please be patient”

“ Jay I am being patient. I just don’t want to leave you all alone in this world and age is just a number. We don’t know how long we will live. Your dad wasn’t lucky to see you have a partner so at least for my sake please find someone before I die so that I can die without guilt. “

“ Ok ok stop with this dead talk. I will find someone to date. I can't promise you that it will be the fairytale you expect but because you insist I will try.” This drew a smile on my mom’s face.

“ Now this is why you are my favorite child out of the other 4” This made me smile a little bit. Then I stood from the table kissed my mom’s cheeks and left for work. It is a big day for my company because one of the biggest magazines of all time said they are willing to show our clothing on their cover page. I don’t even know how I managed to find time to have breakfast with my mom.

On my car ride to the studio, I asked my assistant Mr. Lee to find a model or an actress for me to Fake date for some time. He looked at me in disbelief but agreed.
