" I'm home " Riel announced as she put off her shoes slipping into the white fluffy flip flops , grabbing the sanitizer she applied a little on her palms before heading to the kitchen to meet her Mom ,

" Hi mama " Riel said

" Showed up late again and where did you go to ? " Mrs George said as she let out a scoff

" Sapphire take the kids to bed" Mrs George said to the kid minder who immediately left with the kids after Riel kissed them good night .

" See it was unavoidable mum " Riel said seemingly as she grabbed a plate from the dish rack , picking up the toast from the toaster , she unbuckled her buttons as she settled on the counter about to dig in when Mrs George bang the counter drawing her attention that she is still present .

" Sorry about that , I'm so hungry " Riel said as she picked a toast

" When would you change Riel ? " Mrs George asked

" Mom , I will change but right now this is the only job I can grab and it's been paying me effortlessly " Riel said as she munched on the toast hungrily

" You've been saying that for as long as I can remember Riel , what's so important about this silly thing you call a job that's picking you from one corner to a tight corner and makes you return home a look alike of a ghost " Mrs George rasped

" I get you Mom but I need to work , this is my passion ,my job " Riel said softly

" Ohhhh really you're placing your job and passion over family Riel , your kids ? " Mrs George asked sarcastically

" You're getting me all wrong Mom , that's not what I meant " Riel defended

" That's exactly the act that you have been displaying recently Riel and it's getting out of hand , you don't think of the repercussions do you ? " Mrs George asked furrowing her brows

" Mom can we not go there right now " Riel said pleadingly

" We're not pushing this inil the corners , you and I need to talk about you and your kids Riel " Mrs George said rather attacking Riel

" I'll do something about it Mom , I would fix things up " Riel said stuffing toast into her mouth as her mom angrily slammed her hand on the table .

" You never fix things up , you just keep severing them you know Riel , I'm not always chanced to keep an eye on your girls , you had better stop this thing you referring to as a job , you miss them young ,you miss them for life " Mrs George rasped as she walked out of the kitchen all worked up .

" Ughhh. ...." Riel sighed dejectedly as she threw the remaining toast into the trash can walking out of the kitchen also .

She walked to her room , had her bath before settling down on the white fluffy couch in her room , her phone buzz bringing her back from the land of her thought .

"Hi there Riel " the voice said over the phone

" Mr Landon ? " Riel called unsure

" Yeah , we've got mission to embark on " Mr Landon said over the phone

" On ? " Riel asked

" In two days time Riel " Mr Landon replied while Riel sighed over the phone .

" Can't I pass Mr Landon ? " Riel asked softly

" I'm sorry Riel dear , you can not pass this around , we're going after the Almighty Drug Baron " Mr Landon said over the phone .

" What the hell Mr Landon ? " Riel exclaimed over the phone

" Yeah the hell Riel , we've got no time , we've got to hit him nail on the head" Mr Landon said over the phone while Riel sighed dejectedly .

Queen Vashti sat stroking her kitten while he purred in pure satisfaction in her chambers , when her door was opened roughly

" Mother I'm going to kill her if she dares crosses my path " Eleanor said angrily while Lilith appeared inside the room laughing hysterically

" You can't do more than a dead fly Eleanor " Lilith said as she sat on the dark red chair made of human ribs .

" How dare you say that to my face ? " Eleanor asked angrily as she swiftly reached out for Lilith's neck but she ducked , disappeared and sat on the shelf slowly laughing out while Eleanor fumed in anger and flew up attacking her over the shelf causing the books and scrolls on the shelf to fall out scattered around the room .

" The both of you stop this madness " Queen Vashti snapped angrily as the two ladies abruptly stopped

" you started it first " Eleanor said while Lilith smirked mischievously

" You're so weak and he's my blood bag not yours " Lilith said

" I saw him first , I drank of him first so he's mine " Eleanor said angrily

" Why doesn't he have your scent Eleanor , or do you give me some stupid mixtures of gingers and garlic to clear those weak scent of yours ? " Lilith asked sarcastically as she looked at her elder sister demeaningly

" You dare me call me weak one more time and I will tame that mouth of yours you evil blood sucker" Eleanor said in between gritted teeth While Lilith chuckled before Queen Vashti interrupted them both

" We're all evil Eleanor, quit being weak and your compassions makes you weaker " Queen Vashti said as she resumed stroking her kitten

" I'll give you a task prove to me you're not weak as your father or accept your weakness " Queen Vashti said as Eleanor swallowed hard before replying her mother

"I'll give it a thought " Eleanor said as she disappeared from the room making Lilith laugh hysterically .

" You're the best Mom " Lilith as she pushed in a human maid into the room , " snack before meal for you my Queen " Lilith said as she vanished while Queen Vashti sunk her fang into her snack .
