“1201，1202，1203……”

At night, the lights in the corridor of the hotel finally dimmed down. A woman in heels was swaying left and right as she stumbled across the corridor. She pointed at every sign as she narrowed her eyes.

She staggered to the door of room 1203 and placed her room card on the handle. Soon enough, the door swung open. After entering the room, she threw herself onto the bed. "Lucas, I miss you so much!" she slurred out.

Who?

Chason Jiang was lying on the bed with a severe headache. He glanced at the uninvited guest who suddenly pounced onto him.

His mouth was dry and his throat was scratchy. He glared at her irritably and wanted to push her away. However, he had no strength to do so seeing as he had just woken up.

The woman struggled, groaning. "Have you turned on the air conditioner? It's so hot!"

Chason Jiang squinted his eyes and turned over to press her down.

'Now that you're here, I'll just do what you wish.'

He spent the whole night pounding into her.

Clang! Clang! Clang!

When Claire Lin heard her alarm clock, she couldn't open her eyes. It was probably because of the long night she had.

She felt a sharp pain course through her body. She couldn't help but turn over.

However, when her arm brushed against something hard, she immediately retracted. What the hell did she put on her bed?

Oh right. It could only be her boyfriend - Lucas Xu.

Claire Lin remembered that she tried looking for her boyfriend who had just returned, but when she found the room to be strangely dark, she couldn't see a thing. She reached out to turn on the lights, but she couldn't find it. After looking around, the room was finally lit up.

When she turned around, her eyes widened. Immediately, she shrieked.

The man lying next to her was not her boyfriend Lucas Xu. Instead, it was a strange man.

Chason Jiang was awakened by the sudden scream. He squinted his eyes. "Shut up!"

"You-- who are you? Why are you in my room?" Claire Lin screamed out as she pulled the comforter to cover herself.

Chason Jiang finally came to his senses. His eyes widened as he stared at the woman right beside him.

What happened last night? He frowned.

Was it because he hadn't touched a woman for a long time that he actually let her stay with him the whole night?

Claire Lin's mind was a complete mess. She couldn't remember what happened at all. However, when she saw the blood stains on the sheet, she paled.

She had sex with the man beside her. It was her first time! Her first time was what she cherished the most, but now it had gone.

Chason Jiang tried to recall what happened last night. He remembered suffering from a headache when he woke up, probably because of the amount of alcohol that he had drunk.

He had been talking with the H Group last night. However, when he came into his room, he felt as if something was wrong with his body. He thought that it was because of the alcohol.

Later in the evening, a woman climbed into his bed.

In the end, he wasn't able to control himself because he was drugged.

He raised his head and saw the blood staining the sheet. He was set up.

His gaze darkened. Someone actually dared to trick him!

"What's your purpose?" Chason Jiang said coldly.

Claire Lin furrowed her eyebrows in confusion. "What did you say? I don't understand."

Sure enough, the woman was far more manipulative than he had thought. In J City, there were countless women who wanted to sleep with him. It wasn't the first time that he'd been jumped by a woman.

Yet, it wasn't easy for them to get on his bed.

With a sneer, he quickly climbed out of bed and put on his clothes.

Claire Lin stared. She had to admit that the man had a very good figure, even better than the supermodels that she'd seen on the magazines. However, it was just too shameful to see him dress in front of her. She quickly averted her gaze.

Chason snorted at the sight.

She was really good at acting.

"Stop pretending. You weren't like that in bed last night," he snapped. He quickly wore his suit and tightened his tie under his collar.

Claire Lin trembled. "Shut up! Last night, what happened?"

"You don't remember? How about we review what happened?" Chason placed a hand behind Claire's back and pinched her chin with the other.

What a plain woman! His face darkened.

She broke free from his tight grip. "Let me go!"

The man in front of her took out a handkerchief from his pocket and wiped his hands. "I don't want to waste my time on you. I'll give you three minutes. Put on your clothes and get out."

What the hell? After all that he had done to her, he was just sending her out?

Although she had finally calmed down, she still couldn't figure out who the man was. Why was she here? She had come to see her boyfriend! Where the hell was he?

She finally came to her senses.

Last night was her twenty-fourth birthday, and she was supposed to celebrate it with him. Her younger sister smiled at her last night, singing, "Sister! I have good news. My brother-in-law is back! He didn't tell you to surprise you. He's waiting for you in the hotel now. Here's the room key. Go get him!"

At that time, Claire had been so immersed by this surprise that she went in without thinking. She didn't know what happened after that.

"Where is Lucas? Where is he?" Claire put on her dress and jumped off the bed.

'Lucas?' Chason frowned.

Seeing that he didn't reply, she grabbed his wrist anxiously. "Do you know where he is?"

He gazed at her in disgust and shook her off. "What the hell?"

She lost her balance and stumbled to the ground.

"Please tell me where he is!" She clenched her fists. It wasn't possible! She came to see her boyfriend last night! She hadn't seen him for a year. Before he went abroad, she was already waiting for their wedding day when she could finally give herself to him.

She didn't expect that she would sleep with another man on the same day that her boyfriend had returned!

Chason couldn't take it anymore. He didn't want to get entangled with the woman's drama. He took out his pen and cheque from his coat and wrote down a figure.

He threw it at her. "Is that enough?"

'That asshole!'

Claire clenched her fists. Who the hell did he think she was? A prostitute?

"That's not enough!" She stood up abruptly and threw the check at the man.

Sure enough, she was greedy. Chason snorted. "Then tell me how much you want."

"Only the ones I love deserve to touch me. As for you, no matter how rich you are, you can't afford me." Claire crossed her arms.

Chason glared. He didn't expect that the woman would talk to him like that. "Do you think I want to touch you?" He snorted.

"You- Then what the hell did last night mean?" She clenched her fists.

'Forget it. I don't have the time to argue with him. I have to figure out what happened.'

Thinking of this, Claire dialed her sister's number hurriedly. She couldn't bring herself to tell her boyfriend.

Besides, as the saying went, "Sister knows best."

However, no matter how much she tried, her call wouldn't get through.

She stared blankly at Chason, only to find his face contorted in mockery. Was she really in a wrong room? She glanced at the door.

It was 1203. She stared at her room key. It was here. She got in the right room.

'This woman!' He sneered. "Look, just take the check and go. Three million isn't a bad deal."

Three million?

Seeing her take the money, he scoffed. He didn't care if the woman had gone into his room by accident. That still didn't change the fact that she was a greedy woman.

Money could solve almost everything in the world.

However, in the next second, she quickly tore the check into pieces. In turn, she took out two hundred RMB from her bag and placed them on the table beside her. "I may be unlucky, but I never take advantage of other people. This is for your service." Seeing his face grow pale, she rolled her eyes. "You won't be able to afford me, but for you, on the other hand, this is all you're worth."

Without another word, she picked up her bag and walked out. She didn't want to be entangled with this man even for a minute. The only thing she needed to do was to find Lucas Xu.

The thought of her boyfriend only made her heart ache. How the hell would she tell him about this?

That she cheated on him?

"Stop!" Chason roared, slamming his hand on the desk. He had been humiliated.

However, she didn't even turn back.
