The Cockroach Crisis At My Home
My mother-in-law came to spend the New Year with my husband and I, and she specially brought a bag of local specialties from the countryside. I recognized those special black beans; they were unhatched cockroach larvae. My mother-in-law didn't believe it and wept in front of my husband, saying that I looked down upon her as a person from the countryside. My husband was furious and pinched my chin, forcing me to swallow the black beans. Later, the cockroaches hatched out of the beans and fiercely bit me. Finally, I suffered severe abdominal pain and died. When I opened my eyes again, I was back on the day my mother-in-law brought those local specialties. I immediately made a cold salad of the black beans and served it on the table.
